How fundamental can a taboo get Lina? The French language spoken by so many Tunisians and such an important part of the education system is the biggest European taboo in Tunisia. I was particularly struck by your statement that "French remained an important linguistic tool in Tunisia". Is language a tool or also intrinsically a part of ones identity and or culture? And if the language(s) a person speaks become contested how can a taboo be overcome? Your Narratives colleague Neel Mukherjee proposed a couple of concrete measures to reconcile the colonial history but also stated that even more importantly people should first wish for a truthful reckoning and willing to settle accounts with history. Are Tunisians ready for such a truthful reckoning and are they willing to settle accounts with history?

The best tip for shopping succeeding with thrift stores or outfit exchanges is to keep an open mind; gently used clothing can look just as fabulous as new.

you should factor in the purpose for which you are going to use your car. Will it be your daily go-to vehicle to pick up the kids from school or will it be the weekend vehicle you're going to use for your forays into the countryside?

The resulting global economy keeps prices low. People do not need to work or live only in their native area. However, better travel also means that people are more likely to spread disease from place to place

The fruit and water diet is a practical diet for weight loss and body cleansing. This is a short-term diet. Fruit is high in natural fiber and moisture and low in calories. The fiber and moisture helps the body flush out the digestive system.

I really did not know that Tunisia has been removing barriers to trade with the EU and I think that language is one of these barriers. Thanks for the information. - Best regards from yacht charter corfu.

I totally agree that knowing foreign languages is very important for Tunisians working in this sector and in the services sector in general, but this is the case in most of the countries in the world. Eve @ yacht charter montenegro.
