Middle Town
This documentary photography project represents an exchange between 12 “emerging photographers” from Turkey (4 participants), Latvia (4 participants), and other EU or Caucasus countries (4 participants). We are planning to organize two photography workshops: first one in Trabzon/Turkey in March 2012, second one in August 2012 in Kuldiga/Latvia, run by two experienced international tutors (a photographer and a photo-editor). The workshops will be combined with a series of public talks and conferences that will involve photographic community and general public in both locations, and presentation of the results as exhibitions in the end.
